I have been extremely pleased with Xceed and team. The administrative support has been outstanding, freeing up my time from many tasks, including high level tasks which previously required my personal attention.
On other tasks, such as more complicated web site tasks, I particularly like the emphasis on communication and feedback and the fact that there is an additional project management level providing oversight, assuring that tasks are assigned, coordinated and completed to the high standard required.
Overall, Xceed's team has been polite, supportive and very capable. I will continue to use them, long term. |

| I find the service very slow, usually you expect small changes to be done in 24 hours, if I asked for changes that involve more then small changes in design then I get the impression that it is so complicated. The service is not smooth and it is getting complicated sometimes whereas I speak with other programmers I know and they solve it very fast, then I do it with them and give it to you to put on the site.I wish it was different with you ,work more smoothly, faster, answer question faster and come back always with a solution and no sometimes saying: we cannot do it,we have to study it, etc. I like the people I work with and I hope you can improve on that. Hi,
I have liked working with the xceed team.
They do a good job and are very eager to make sure the project is successfully completed. There have been a few cliches with my site, so I have been working with a local programmer to make sure it is all functional and running smoothly. The only thing I have an issue with is that the joomla website has so many components that are not functioning together it makes for a fragmented experience for the community members and they are getting frustrated. I am hoping to have this fixed asap. The design of this site is nice and looks very professional.
